With us, choose as many samples as you like for free! We know how important it is to find the perfect fit so that's why we believe in unlimited free samples. Your new floor is a big decision so it has to be right. When we say free, we mean free so you don't need to worry about paying for shipping. We send all our samples first class with the Royal Mail so they should be with you in no time.
Next Day Delivery* = any orders placed before 12pm will be guaranteed for delivery on the next working day. Our deliveries are carried out by TNT or Palle-tways depending on the quantity of the order. Our deliveries are made Monday - Friday, between 6am and 8pm, so we strongly recommend that you're present at the delivery address between these hours on the day.

The oak, herringbone flooring we ordered from the company is absolutely lovely and, as promised, easy to install providing the installation instructions are followed. The main reason for my review however is not in relation to the product itself but the customer service and support I received when required. Without going into details, we had some issues with the fitter we employed; a range of staff have assisted us along the way. From start to finish i have felt really well looked after and all the questions i had regarding wooden floors were dealt with. Samples arrived promptly and the company was also very accommodating regarding storage of my floorboards as i only need half of it for now . Billie in the office was particularly friendly, efficient and professional . Both my neighbours have used it and are very satisfied . I would highly recommend the company.

I have had a such great experience with this company. The customer service has been fantastic throughout the whole process both via email and on the phone. The samples came promptly and were all fantastic quality. When I did order it came quickly and the wood looks wonderful. I feel really lucky I used and found them after having such a shocking previous experience with a larger company who messed me around. Thoroughly recommend for price, quality and customer service.

Received 20 manufactory damaged boxes of ''luxury vinyl''.
Company obviously tries to pretend it's completly ok and they are not damaged when the professionals who are in the business for 20 years state they have never seen such defects before.
They want me to return untouched ones at my cost.
Total scammers that will be pulled through all the processes of disputes and third party expertiese.

This is the second time I have purchased with Luxury Flooring. Unfortunately on this occasion the flooring wasn't suitable for what I needed. I dealt with Sophie regarding my return and even though I was outside of my return period Sophie resolved this & I was able to return with no problem. Sophie was accommodating & professional & is a real assert to the company.

Avoid, avoid, avoid these nasty scammers, I wish I had read their real reviews, the 5 star ones are fake written by themselves. I ordered two sets of Engineered oak wood flooring from the "Luxury Flooring" website shown as Sunflower Oak, a nice plain consistent golden colour, costing almost £3,000 (had to get a loan to buy it to finish the renovation of the house). It was delivered by palletways who sent no prior warning of time, the driver rang me at work to tell me they had delivered it & when I got home he'd gone, but dumped the pallet in the middle of the street blocking traffic.
