Cheap rubbish. Waited months to get the settees delivered. Then after only a few weeks when my 7 year old son sat on it he yelled out in pain. There was a huge scratch down his back, we inspected the sofa and on the back behind the cushion a piece of metal was pretruding. We rang Studio, a few weeks later someone came out and removed the metal which left a hole. He said he would order new fabric for the back. Months later someone finally came to replace it, only to find a hole in that too. Orederd yet more fabric and someone is coming next week to fix it. However there is metal starting to show

If i could give 0* I would. Ordered through littlewoods with a long delivery wait. Eventually came and after 1 week one sofa made a loud bang and my son and partner went through as the spring popped and collapsed the chair. I have to be left without a sofa for up to 70 days!!!!!! just because they have to return it, inspect it then put my account balance back for me to reorder!! Stay well clear as nobody wants to deal with this complaint which has been ongoing since last september!

Terrible quality
Fabric has completely worn in only a few months, back cushions completely out of shape, foam in the seats has squashed flat and is so uncomfortable I'd rather sit on the floor than this rubbish.
Had an inspector out but said it was all made to British standards so wouldn't do anything! Avoid!

First impressions good, nice comfortable sofa. Arms seemed too overfilled and saw as a positive even though they were rounded and not flat like the pics. After 6 weeks of occasional use (no kids), Seat filling displaced as if there were 2 layers of foam in them (1 layer moved back) leaving a step in the seat. Also seats seem to have sunk, revealing the black fabric and velcro so you stick to it. Still resistant to return as I'm not too fussy about things. But finally had to as the upper frame on the back snapped when I sat in the middle and flopped back. After feeling the damaged part through the

Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered corner sofa and 2 seater sofa in December and had nothing but trouble. Firstly you could put your hand under cushions straight through to the floor. All the cushions have gone bobbley and look like the material is rubbing off. The cushions are all out of shape and are uncomfortable, it is more comfortable sitting on the floor. We had technician out to it twice, what a waste of time that was the 2nd time he came he had called at wilkos to buy a De bobbler that was the final straw. This sofa was ordered from littlewoods I wouldn't recommend this company

Bought a sofa through Littlewoods RH Monaco which around a month was sagging in places, cushions out of shape and pipping exposed and I am getting too close to sitting on the floor as the foam in the cushions splits when you sit down. Poor quality furniture, am awaiting a furniture repair man but not holding out any hope. Avoid
