A great experience with express removals! They fitted us in with a weeks notice. Really easy to deal with for a quote. We emailed pictures and lots of questions then phoned to confirm the booking and pay. They turned up on time on moving day, were super professional, patient, hardworking lads. They emptied our flat in just over an hour and a half, making sure everything was packed properly. When we had the keys to our house they unloaded in just over an hour. Absolutely fantastic service, our new hallway is a funny shape and they got everything in without any damage at all and everything was put

Very happy with the service we received. The team was professional and courteous. They came 2 days before our move to do the packing, which 2 guys did in about 2 hours! On the day 3 guys did our move; they disassembled and reassembled our ottoman beds and sofas with nothing broken. I would highly recommend their services and will keep them in mind if I move again. Thanks Team.

I used Express Removals and their storage facility. I received terrible service. They broke my cooker hob and wardrobe door. Apparently you are not well insured by the removal company so only got £45 back . My hob is unusable . I also requested if I could use another removal company to get my belongings out of storage but was told you have to pay extra to get the containers opened by another company and give a weeks notice .
All in all a terrible experience that left me well out of pocket . Read the small print well before agreeing to use them .

Moving date 29/09/21. Fantastic service offered by these guys. The lads were quick and efficient with packing the van. Good bit of banter between them which really helped to keep morale up in quite a hectic/stressful day.
When unloading at the new house they were even on hand to give advice on DIY in between unloading.
Would use again and highly recommend for anyone moving home.

We had a number of quotes & Express were cheaper than the others, which can be cause for concern, but as it turned out they were great. On time, careful, courteous and trustworthy. Mick & Andrew worked really hard & ensured our move was carried quickly and efficiently. Glad we chose Express Removals.

I used Express Removals 7 years ago following a recommendation and was impressed, so they were my first choice when I found myself moving in 2021. Despite short notice, following me sending them a set of photos of my contents, a quote was forthcoming and they gave me a list of dates they could do.
On the day of the removal, one of the hottest days of the year, they showed up nice and early and just cracked on with the work. It was under 3 hours from arrival to departure from my new house. I was extremely impressed with the service I have received from Express Removals!! From the initial communication with the team in the office providing quotes to the extremely friendly team who packed up my belongings with great care and moved it into their storage facility, to the team who loaded my stuff out of storage into my new house, it has been a 5 star service throughout. I will definitely be looking to use Express Removals again in the future when needed to move. Thank you again!
