Services
After involved planning consultations consent was obtained for this project, and work started immediately within this Islington conservation area. We were asked here to execute the construction of a new-build property within a listed conservation area. This consisted of a double height side extension, and a complete back to brick refurbishment of the existing property, including renewal of all electrics and plumbing services.
Based in North London, Northbuild Construction has built up a solid team and a reputable client base working for private clients as well as prestigious public and private sector businesses. As we have grown we have created long-standing relationships with suppliers and specialist trades enabling us to deliver projects to a high standard.
Over the years Billy has built a relationship with several commercial clients, particularly specializing in steel works, groundworks, and specialist brickwork. We were approached by the Radisson group to provide specialist bricklaying services within their flagship restaurant Hampshire Edwardian blu Leicester Square.
RMC design studio are a team of Architectural designers, working principally within residential properties. Their partners have a background in Architecture, working for Sir Michael Hopkins Architects, Conran Design amongst others before setting up RMC Design Studio themselves. They specialize in domestic architectural design, whether re-configuring properties to suit the clients need, or rebuilding and extending, as well as new build projects.
