We got whiterose to fit bifold doors , they came when they said and fit the doors they looked amazing and we were very satisfied, then we fit curtains up and realised a draft coming through one end . emailed them got a instant reply asking for my number so a fitter could come and have a look , sent the details no reply sent again no reply sent a third time still no reply , very disappointed its probably a easy problem to sort out but they do not seem interested ...
