Never again! We had a big move from Herefordshire last September, including a packing service, The guys were cheerful enough and the service was fast, having said that I've said all that was positive. Several small items were damaged/broken, most of which I was prepared to accept in the spirit of reasonableness. One item I wanted to claim for (and has taken this long to reach a conclusion as their communication has been appalling) but they said I would have to pay a £50 admin fee, for damage they had caused, which made the claim uneconomical.
