Since 2005 we have been manufacturing prestressed concrete panels. In that time we have become the largest producers in the UK, priding ourselves on delivering panels on time and offering expert advice to all our customers. Through an intimate knowledge of precast concrete and consumer needs, we used our belief in customer care, quality, strength, durability and cost effectiveness to grow our business.
A set of lifting shackles is provided with every order and polyurethane sealant is available on request, allowing you to seal the joints to prevent the ingress of rain and damp. Our freestanding retaining walling can be ordered directly from our sales team. We offer a site visit and design service for every project if required and are also available to assist with technical advice.
For permanent or temporary structures, Unbrako manufacture solid, high-quality stackable blocks made from high strength C60 concrete. Due to the weight and the studs on the top, these blocks are connected with a male and female stud, with no need for any bonding material. This creates endless possibilities to build and modify any type of construction in an easy and rapid way.
Our block and beam flooring system comprises of an inverted pre-stressed concrete t-beam, infilled with concrete blocks. We manufacture a 150mm wet cast prestressed concrete floor beam, which can be made to any length up to 6 meters. Our floor beams are manufactured to perfection in steel vibrating beds using limestone and genuine OPC cement, giving a superior finish and dimension tolerance.
