Town and Country Cleaners is privately owned by our four Directors, who despite their youthful looks have a collective 129 years' experience in the cleaning industry. Each has their finger on the pulse in their respective fields as they work full time in the company to guide our colleagues with that experience combined with drive, enthusiasm, and wherever possible, a smile on their face.
Trading since 1976, and based in the South East, we are owned by four Directors who all have their finger on the pulse as they work full time in the company. Working for this company was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The company took over the cleaning contract in the school I was working in started of good then the supervisor brought in his favourite and he got away with so much not doing his work even drinking on the job and talking about me behind my back. waste of time

Awfull company to work for went in as a cleaning supervisor but quickly realised that they don't give a dam about the staff poor communication and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Wouldnt recommend this company at all steer Well clear the pay is rubbish also

Worst company I've ever worked for!!
Terrible, unprofessional management, no communication, don't provide you with products needed to properly conduct job, never been paid the right wage, they threatened to fire me unless I change my working hours that are impossible to do with kids.
Law defying thieves, only paid me when I threatened legal action.
AVOID!!!!!

Worse company to work for and worse company to have as a cleaning contractor.
They charge astonishing amounts to school to clean them but pay staff minimum wage. You are not allowed to sit for 1 minute to take your breath while cleaning, they take chairs away so you cannot sit. If you go to have a drop of water the manager will ask you what you doing. They took over from another cleaning company where I was working and I did not last 2 weeks with them. Told them to stick the job.
Stay well clear of them.

Hired via our housing association but unfortunately poor service so far. Have spoken to one the company directors a few times, however does not seem to rectify the problems. Cleaners often do not turn up as per their fortnightly rota, and unless we call up to chase, nothing is done about it. In addition, the standard of cleaning is poor and there’s a lot of cutting corners. We pay a service charge for the service, which makes me extremely angry. It has come to the point where another cleaning agency is to be considered.
