Contacted omnia through nest to install 2 thermostats. Arrived on time with text alerts to let you know when they will arrive. Engineer spent time to understand a complicated system and tried various configurations to get it to work. Through no fault of omnia a second visit was needed to resolve a system issue which was done quickly. Would recommend to anyone installing a nest product.

We've just moved home and we originally contacted nest to source one of their own engineers. After several ignored emails and request forms, we booked Omnia/boilercare to install a nest thermostat and remove the broken, tatty old thermostat that the previous owner left. Abigail got us booked in really quickly considering we emailed over the Christmas period. Great communication on the day, and Jacob arrived on time, and was very friendly and got the job done quickly and professionally. Worked around the boxes and piles of toys without complaint! He took the time to explain the features of the nest

The job was about a hive installation. The communication with the company and the engineer tracking was good initialy but the hive install was poor, hub not connected to internet (i had to spend 1h with hive support to do it myself) unit poorly fixed the the wall and water to be on for the heating to work. So for £300 it's steep for a job that feels unfinished and I feel I could do myself, It's a shame as it was very promising at first but this is my fair statement, I'm an engineer and business owner myself.

I am loving my Google Nest thermostat that was fitted by one of your engineers. Prompt, polite and very efficient and took the time to explain the new technology. A week later another engineer came round to service our boiler. Same excellent service again. Would highly recommend Boiler Care 24/7
