Individual cleaners, Vicky, Lacey, and Milan were good and very pleasant and professional but I felt charges were excessive and not transparent. In the end I was charged £150 for six and a half person hours cleaning over two days. Suggest establishing in advance an hourly rate, or no. of hours cleaning that will be done if you are paying a fixed fee.

DO NOT USE. unprofessional and rude. We didnât get what we were quoted for (a deep spring clean) but were still pushed for full payment. AVOID THIS COMPANY! When I expressed that I was unhappy with the service but would pay for what I did receive, she added VAT to my quote, despite not being VAT registered... Or she IS VAT registered and accepts cash for work. DODGY. Please read her response to all the 1 star reviews, customer service at it's worst!

If I could leave less than a star I certainly would; Kim was attentive to my business and agreed to a two hour clean of my property. An 'assessment' was made that a deep clean was required and therefore no cleaning would be provided that day.
I have since sent 5 unanswered emails trying to arrange this deep clean that I have been qualified for.
Extremely unprofessional and with a lack of courtesy; I would whole heartedly recommended no one to use this service.
