As custodian of the designs of Ernest Race, we also still manufacture British iconic mid-century furniture such as the Antelope, BA3 and DA chairs.

Race Furniture has been at the forefront of the design and manufacture of seating for public spaces since its formation by acclaimed British designer, Ernest Race. Founded in 1945, Race began furniture manufacturing under the government's utility scheme. The company was a pioneer in the manufacture of products from recycled materials and created furniture for post-war homes from limited resources.
