Let me put it straight forward , they are simply just SCAMMERS , the 2 responsible SCAMMERS are both KELLY and HANNAH , they scammed me and my mum , they would do anything to take your money , I ordered a bed , I payed £100 extra to add a base inside the storage , they didn’t send that , although I paid for that , first KELLY said that they will send it ASAP , but after a week of me waiting patiently , they refused to send it and are being very dishonest , they even said that they won’t issue me my refund for the £100 base ! This bed arrived

I recently bought a table over telephone. There was a slight problem with the glass but this was sorted without delay. Wayne was the staff member who helped me and he went above and beyond to get it all sorted and I cannot thank him enough! His customer service skills were excellent. Thank you Wayne for all your help. Looking forward to post lockdown when I can return to store for a browse!
