Avoid....we were sold a bed that came without the parts needed to assemble it 2 weeks later and various calls later I have been hung up on twice by the “manager” they were nice until they had received payment they claimed to have ordered the missing parts 2 weeks ago and I have not had a call back,and when I have called I have been hung up on we will now be calling trading standards to ensure this does not continue we will also warn others in the local business networks. Avoid at all costs the manager went as far as to justify the missing parts despite what the instructions say I would not

Terrible establishment. Very friendly when trying to get you to buy an item but then as soon as I had made a purchase, their attitude changed. No post sale customer service, they were not interested in the fault (albeit small) with the product, and spoke to me with a terrible attitude. I would not recommend this place.

I have been using Floor Fashion in Brixton for approx 9 years. I don't actually purchase their furniture as it's not my style. But for flooring this place is great. Supply and fitting at fantastic prices. Now many members of my family get carpets and laminates from here too.
Customer service has always been fine for me, no pressure to buy and firring guys always put everything back nicely!!

Floor fashion is an terrible establishment they lack customer service and portray a horrible attitude when you complain about their products.
I Purchased a bed from this company, two weeks before i was due to have my baby. 24 hours after using the bed i realised there was many faults with the bed. When the bed was delivered some of the packaging was damaged. When the bed was set up i wasnt left with any spare screws or even the allen key. When i asked about the key it was dismissed. When i reported the dangerous hazards of the four poster bed which was so sharp that it caused my 5 year old to
