Tim Page Carpets is considered an invaluable source to interior designers and architects around the world and we continue to work closely with them to ensure that we produce new and exciting collections. Tim Page Carpets was founded in 2003 by Tim Page and merged to be a member of the Turnell and Gigon Group soon after.

It continues to progress and diversify its offerings but never forgetting the core values and aim that it was founded with, to supply fine floor coverings to the interiors trade with an outstanding level of service. Whilst Tim no longer takes an active day to day role he does still sit on the board as Chairman.

Installation Report

Tim Page Carpets offer a full estimating, installation and rug making service. Alternatively you may use your own installer and just furnish us with the quantity of carpet you require. For installations we carry out an onsite survey and make a full assessment of the relevant works needed. We will aim to advise on any preparation work required so the best finish can be executed when installing your new floor covering.

Phoned with an enquiry and stressed how important I got some information. Asked to email and promised that I would receive an email response by the end of the day. Nothing. Sent a follow up email the folllowing day. Wtiting this 3 days later and haven't heard a thing. Poor customer service skills if they can't even reply back to say they can't help. Extremely disappointed that I have to give even a one star rating

Terrible customer service. You call and email several times and nobody responds. I'll never use them again as its just such a waste of time chasing people constantly and being ghosted.

We are absolutely devastated by the terrible fit we had on Friday. We paid to have the carpet laid in one piece and then the fitter advised that he would need to cut a piece after he already removed our old carpet. The join is very noticeable as it is in the door way. Distraught.

The staff was friendly, showroom was excellent and the prices for the carpets were reasonable.Their installers did an amazing job.I would come back to this place.
