The cleaning lady, while thorough, broke one of our lamps. She denied it, but we know it was her because there was no-one else in the room at the time. It wasn't of great value but we complained to FK Domestics. It's now over a week later and we still haven't heard anything.
So if you have breakable stuff, or need to be confident things will be made right if something is broken, then avoid this firm.

I had an outstanding service from Nikolai, a cleaner from Bulgaria. He worked for 5 hours straight and did a deep clean on a property which needed a lot of work. He kindly called me as he finished, so I was able to enter the property to inspect afterwards. Please pass on my feedback to Nikolai. He did an outstanding job. I can highly recommend him! :-)

My intention was to organise a regular cleaner for my elderly parents so decided to give them a trial based on the supposedly 'glowing' reports on line and having no idea where to find a cleaner locally to Mum.
It was an unmitigated disaster. The cleaner turned up late, very late, had little if any grasp of English, apart from being very competent at demanding to be paid. Her cleaning skills were basic at best, she was unable to perform even the most basic tasks, but was quite happy to spend most of the time on her phone. I won't mention the massive scratches left

Terrible company. They don't know to manage their people. You pay an extra for nothing. They don't lisen, they lie.
Bassically, I've asked if they will come to clean my house if the cleaner was sick. They told me yes, but it is not what happened. They sent the cleaner sick, first.
The second time the cleaner was on Holidays, they sent emails and waste my time because they just put you in contact with a cleaner instead of manage their workers properly. So you pay an extra for nothing.

FK Domestics Ltd is the absolute dominator in house cleaning services. I've been using your services for seven years and haven't missed session by now. My cleaner Danny is amazing. Always comes on time, always cleans exceptionally, and always finishes on time. She earned my trust fast and she has a key to my house since 2009. I am also very delighted by the customer support team. Whenever I have a question, they are responsive, fast and efficient. Five stars!

I shifted from Fantastic Cleaners to FK Domestics as my regular cleaner left and none of the replacements were as good. What a big mistake it was! Fantastic cleaners were prompt to address my concerns, sent replacement cleaners and overall provided excellent customer support. I have been let down by FK domestics on all these counts and more. Though I liked my second cleaner and even increased my cleaning time for her, it was only a matter of time before she started coming late and not by a few minutes but by an hour or more! FK domestics never got back to me in time if a cleaning session was cancelled

Professional Cleaning standards are always met. The place is always spotless after your domestic cleaning services and I have been extremely happy. Our professional cleaner is always punctual. Any time she is not able to attend or is only able to attend at a different time I am given plenty of notice. In addition, both the cleaner and the company are extremely helpful in either scheduling an alternative day or finding a replacement cleaner.
