Having had a problem with my caravan not connecting to the swift communication app I contacted sargent for help.
From the outset their customer service was second to none. Nothing was a problem for them and have now agreed to replace my faulty comms unit free of charge despite my van being 5 yrs old.
Thankyou Sargent for amazing customer service.

I phoned Sargent sales team about EM 40 Fuse box to replace the one on my motorhome which had burnt out. First be asked if I had purchased from them before and by the tone it seemed they didn't want to sell to the public. As I am going on holiday on Sunday I need it by Friday and was told they would not post until Thursday afternoon 3pm asked if I could pay for next day delivery as a extra answer ( no), So I had to travel 306 miles round trip to pick it up. when I got there and the person who gave me the invoice looked at the address and said have you come from there to collect this we could have

A great company. The staff could not have been more helpful. I dealt with the technical and sales departments and was very pleased with the service I received from both of them. They helped me to solve the problem I had with the step on my Autotrail Mohawk Motorhome. I would have no hesitation in using Sargent in the future and would definitely recommend them.

Waited for a good ten minuets for a response after being put through from sales I was asked by a young lady who said she was a trainee on the technical team
I explained my technical problem ! during which I could hear a lot of joking in the background! the trainee said she would speak to one of the technical team 2 minuets later she returned and said nothing would fit ? And that I would have to rip out all the existing wiring and start agin. Ok not what I was expecting to here and I would have appreciated speaking direct to a Tec guy but clearly they were too busy chatting about the evenings exploits

What an amazingly helpful company!! Our motorhome is 13 years old but one phonecall to the number still inside the van and straight through to Sargents. We'd had an 12v electrical failure during our holiday, nightmare. Phoned Sargents, and got the advice easily and without question or judgement. Diagnosis was established quickly over the phone and the new part sent out and received within 2 days. New part fitted and fault gone. I cannot thank Sargents enough for their help.

First class service from a great company who genuinely deliver...
In getting our motor home out after the winter break I discovered the control panel wouldn't switch on the 12v circuit wasn't activating.
A call to the tech department resulted in instant great advice ref resetting the system which unfortunately didn't work in my case, so I bought a new control panel which arrived next day (they offered a repair service but I wanted in quickly)
On our first outing we woke up on the first day to the water pump not working! (we had 4 days ahead of us with no wash rooms on the site due to covid)

Have had the worst customer experience ever with Sargent. A motorhome just over a year old off the road due to Sargent Control Panel malfunction. Technical Services are useless when you eventually get through on the phone. They do not call you back or reply to emails. After calling their main Reception number the Receptionist told me they were very busy and what did I expect her to do about it.
