This is Margo's house. The first two photographs are what the house looked like before a cowboy builder and conman got in the house. The next 6/7 photos are what he did. I had Graham and his team at Pinnacle, carry out an extension to my existing Kitchen. From start to finish they were fantastic, with great attention to detail. Very reliable and very easy to work with. Great lads who work very hard and keep the site tidy. Could not be happier with the build and would recommend Pinnacle Builders to anyone. :-)

Graham has been an absolute star. He helped us so much when we had a bad experience with another builder with absolutely no benefit to himself other than wanting to help. He pointed us in the right direction for help and supported us from beginning to end. I can’t put into words what an honest and selfless person Graham is. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough. 😊

Graham and the team are currently building our new extension and are doing a great job (full review in a couple of weeks) but I need to make special mention of how graham stepped in to save the day this weekend. On Saturday night one of the pipes to our boiler came lose resulting in water pouring into our utility room.
A quick call to graham at… 10.30pm for advice resulted in him driving straight round to help fix the problem so we could at least go to bed without an internal waterfall in our house.
Most would just suggest an emergency plumber but graham was straight round in person despite

Thank you so much to Graham Nash who has been so kind in giving up his time and advice in helping us when we were conned by a cowboy builder. He did all this for no ulterior motive etc, other than just being a good person who wants to see justice done, and for hard-working people not to be ripped off by absolute scammers! Has restored my faith in humanity!

Can’t thank Graham enough My elderly neighbour was ripped off by a cowboy builder After getting involved myself and being ignored by the builder and having no joy, I got in touch with Graham for advice, within a week my neighbour had been refunded for the work Graham is a top genuine bloke who goes above and beyond

Skilled, hardworking and trustworthy. You don't often find all of those things with a building company. Would recommend to anyone who is having any kind of home improvement. We had a new roof, doors, windows, re-render a 2nd toilet fitted and a patio door put in where a window once stood. Will definitely use again when its time for a new kitchen
