My elderly father had original timber frame windows that had rotted and his house was freezing cold as a result. We chose Danetree glass to replace all his windows with double glazing, because I like the fact they are a long estalished business with very informative website.
When their staff came to provide estimates and quotations, they were very sensitive to my fathers hesitation about such a big job, and provioded detailed information and options so he could choose with confidence.
The installation took approx 4 and a half days for 2 large bays (that also needed re-structuring), and two bedrooms

Contacted Danetre glass to replace 2 sealed units. Chap came-out to measure-up and a quote was provided shortly afterwards. I gave the go-ahead and was told the glass would be ordered (I didn't need to pay anything upfront) and I'd be contacted when it arrives. After waiting for 6 weeks and not hearing anything, I called back and the chap I spoke to mentioned they were short-staffed due to COVID-19 and certain members of staff had been furloughed, but he took my details and promised to call me back the next day. Needless to say, that call never came and I've since taken my business elsewhere. In

We have used this company on several occasions over the last 15 years to upgrade windows and doors. They have always been reliable. This week they replaced an old sliding patio door with a new bifold door for us. From our initial phone call to completion of works they have been friendly and professional. Their 2 fitters were extremely nice guys, who completed the job in a day. They made good all the door surrounds and flooring and went the extra mile to clean everything and leave it looking fantastic. Great workmanship guys. I asked Danetre Glass to replace all the windows and doors in my new house in September 2017. They still haven't finished the job!!! They badly fitted a French window which, according to one of them needs to be refitted but despite promises of "next week" and "next Monday" (which I waited in for) it has not happened. The roof window they added leaked and caused damage to the ceiling but I was told it "was the builders fault" but when one of their staff finally came out he look and said the glass was fitted incorrectly. One of them came "to finish the job" and made quite an eyesore if a windowsill
