We operate from a specially designed factory based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Our large showroom means you can browse our extensive contract furniture range which includes lounge chairs, dining chairs, bedroom furniture and lounge furniture as well as dining and coffee tables.
All our contract furniture is manufactured to order so for upholstered furniture you can choose any suitable fabric and select from 6 standard wood stain colours - we can also colour match to your own wood samples.On the bedroom and lounge cabinet furniture you can choose from several wood stains. For large orders we can make bespoke pieces from your drawings or specifications.
In the early stages, we can lend out furniture samples and send you fabric and wood samples. All our contract furniture is suitable for medium hazard areas as defined by BS 7176. We use only contract grade CMHR foams and use fabrics which comply with BS 5852 crib5 as standard. We can produce furniture suitable for high hazard areas with crib7 testing if required.

Our tub chairs are all made to contract standard with hardwood and, contract quality foam and crib 5 fabrics. They are ideal for hotels and care homes, in reception areas, lounges or bedrooms. We can make them in any fabric of your choice, but the most popular ones are on our website. We can also use two fabrics, add buttons and piping to make your chair fit with any interior scheme.
We manufacture traditional sofas and sofa beds which can be made to seat 2 or 3 as well as corner sofas designed to fit your space. They are all carefully designed for the contract market so that they can withstand heavy use whether that's in hotels, student accommodation, care homes, nursing homes or sports and social clubs.
Our hospital furniture, NHS and hospital chairs, hospital bedside cabinets, hospital lockers and hospital wardrobes are all built to contract standard, designed for use in waiting rooms, wards, individual bedrooms, clinics, reception areas and GP surgeries. The chairs can be covered in a range of easy to clean, waterproof fabrics.
Our tough contract furniture for extreme environments is designed for mental health and other challenging environments - the range includes extreme sofas, extreme chairs and tough tables as well as an extreme wardrobe, dressing table, chest, bed and bedside cabinet. We are approved suppliers on the NHS Framework Agreement for Challenging Environments.
Our hospital and NHS furniture is fit for purpose - we are approved suppliers on the NHS Framework Agreement for i) Ward & Residential Furniture and ii) Challenging Environments. We provide robust contract furniture such as hospital chairs and extreme furniture including extreme chairs with several options on many products such as size, wood colour and fabric.
