Our team of M&E Designers work in collaboration with our Clients from day one to ensure the design is developed and integrated to best meet their needs throughout the whole life cycle. Using 2D, 3D and BIM led technology, Steane will work alongside you to achieve improved energy efficient systems for BREEAM ratings or specific valued engineering on areas of the build that may have gone over budget.

Founded in 1971, Steane started life as small family run electrical contracting business and has grown to be one of the foremost providers of Mechanical and Electrical services in the region. Now run by Managing Director, Darren Steane, Steane has expanded over the years with the introduction of a Mechanical Services division headed up by Jeremy Hall.
