We have a range of long standing roofing maintenance and improvement contracts with housing associations and local authorities, some of which have been with us since day 1, and they remain with us due to our expertise, ongoing improvement programmes and the care and attention that we put into every job.

Re-roofing to the estate's heritage properties, including repointing and conservation repairs to ornate chimneys, plus FSG and rainwater goods. All timberwork repaired to back barns and lean-to's, in keeping with the age of the properties and the style of the Southill Estate houses. Reclaimed bricks were used to repair chimneys so as to keep the character of the properties intact and to not detract from the age and styling of the village houses.
Due to the success of the scheme, we were pleased to be awarded a two year extension to the programme, taking works through to 2014. In line with their commitment to the Decent Homes Standards, South Northants Homes are carrying out replacement or repair of roof finishes and coverings where the existing roof is old and/or in poor condition.
Existing properties had traditional concrete guttering. The Papworth Trust were looking to maintain these properties by way of roofing works. BSG Property Services Ltd provided a solution by removing the front of the concrete guttering and installing pvc fascias and seamless gutters. Roofing works were carried out whilst the access solutions were still in place which saved money for the client.
