Pennington's routinely carry out statutory safety inspections and provide reports that will confirm whether or not a property meets modern electrical standards - and whether changes are required before tenants can move in.
Portable Appliance Testing is a reliable and recognised way to check that moveable electrical appliances are safe to use. Landlords who provide an electrical appliance for the use of their tenants must make sure that the appliance or appliances are safe to use and will not cause harm. To make sure that appliances are safe they should be tested at least every two years - and ideally more frequently.
Loft conversions, and ground and first floor extensions can open up a house, make daily life easier and add value. House refurbishments - and upgrading flats - can really bring a property back to life, whether as your much-loved home, or as an investment. Projects can be anything from fitting a new fuse board to complete re-wiring, with everything in between.
