About Us Report

In late 2010, while still working full time, we had become more and more active and participated in voluntary work for charities. Later on, the charity we worked for at the time was looking for an established delivery service. Since then, we have been doing collections of donated furniture, delivery of shop-sold items and house clearances for charities.

What We Do Report

When our customers contact us, we arrange an appointment to arrange a meet/visit and find out what is required. We have been working with charities for almost 5 years and therefore have an understanding of their quality control and can give you an accurate description of what would be accepted for in-shop-sales.

A & G were brilliant in helping me move my furniture to a storage unit, they were on time , professional and respectful with my belongings, they were very friendly and helpful and a reasonable price , I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future

100% the best removal company ever!!!! They were £200 cheaper than my first quote and they were very quick. A lovely couple, extremely efficient and hard-working. most of my stuff was in bags, or anything I could find, and they didn't have any problems with it. I will definitely be using them again.

This is the best removals company I've ever used - and I have moved house many times. A&G is a family-run business, on both occasions I got a prompt response and a reliable service. A&G are fast, have the equipment to move very heavy stuff and the patience to get tricky/bulky stuff even around the tiniest corners. The prices are very reasonable (as of Oct 2018, the hourly rate for 2 workers without a van was £30). If I hadn't moved too far away to remain their customer, I'd never use another removals company again. Thanks so much guys!
