The first stage of the process is a free home survey; our designer will look at your room and assess the space. They will begin by taking accurate measurements and sketching a rough plan or working from architectural plans, they will discuss your requirements and take on board any initial ideas you may have.

We have recently had our beautiful new kitchen installed by In-line kitchens, who we have to say from day one were absolutely incredible.
The care & attention given to us was second to none.
From the planning to the installation the whole project ran like clockwork. Every member of the team were respectful in our home & meticulous in their work, involving us at every stage.
We cannot really praise Ian, Beverley & Ryan & their fantastic team enough, we have a gorgeous & greatly admired kitchen & we really cannot recommend In-line enough.

We have recently had our kitchen doors and drawers replaced and finished off with additional pelmets, cornices and plinths and it has totally refreshed and transformed the kitchen. Inline proprietors, Ian and Beverley, were very helpful obliging and understanding throughout the whole process which went smoothly and on time from start to finish. Fitters Steve and Joe did a great job, working diligently and to a high standard throughout and it was a pleasure to have them at our home. We would have no hesitation in recommending Inline to anyone who, like us, would like to deal with a good local business

Avoid!! We have waited over 6 weeks for a quote which when arrived is nothing like we discussed at the consultation. We have phoned regularly chasing the quote, to be told it would be with us in a matter of days - it obviously never arrived - until today. They have just wasted our time, we now have to start again looking at other fitters. Extremely poor customer service!!

We have just a full refurbishment done on our existing kitchen and we can't thank Inline Kitchens enough for all the help, advise and support we have received.
From initial contacting Inline to the finished product everything has run smoothly. We were asked to give them suggested dates when the work could start and they worked with their diary to suit our diary.
The lads who did the works Wayne & Sam were fantastic. They arrived on time and got working straight away, they were pleasant and always were cleaning up after themselves.
The lads who fitted the worktop's Danny & Shane were also fantastic

Really liked there kitchens and we already had a plan of how it was all we wanted was a price and we have had 3 weeks of excuses then was told today we was supposed to go in yesterday but we phoned 6 times and no answer, and was told it was not finished as needed to check a few sizes , then when mr rang 20 mins later was told I just not had time to do it and so he’s not done a thing . Verdict is they all tell lies and need to stick to the same lie I will take my business to someone who wants it ,this was a 10k + kitchen .... avoid !!!!

Had our kitchen fitted with inline 10 years ago , the service and workmanship was first class abd they did a terrific job
last June we decided to upgrade our door and worktops new sink etc and in my mind there was only one place to go and that was inline , we received a first class service once again and I love my new kitchen ,
yesterday ( 7th feb) our kitchen hot tap stopped working , I phoned inline and they came straight away today to fix it , Wayne came to fit our original kitchen and also in June , he came to repair our tap too
I cannot speak highly enough of Wayne , he knows his job extremely

Took me ages to find a kitchen company with a kitchen I liked and flooring. They came out to measure up and do a plan. I was due to go into the office to discuss plans in a weeks time. The day before my appointment they rung to say the gentleman had important meeting and had to cancel. I asked when I could come in the lady on the phone stated she would ask and get back to me before sat as they were going away.....I heard nothing since that date...no plans were sent to me.

We called into the shop whilst looking for kitchen appliances as they were a Neff supplier, we had already chosen our kitchen and were not from the area, in fact we live in Cheshire. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and not on the hard sell that we decided to give them our business for all our appliances, hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, sink, taps etc. The service they gave us was second to none- thank you Ryan and your father for all your help.
