We purchased our first beautiful rug from Riviere in 2007 for our living room. Two dogs, three grown up children and now 2 grand children later the rug still looks fantastic (see below). Subsequently, we have just ordered our second rug and cannot wait to receive it. Both dealings with the team at Riviere have been exceptional. Much time and patience was spent ensuring our design and colour combinations were spot on and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much

Colour of rug does not match sample
I ordered a rug from Riviere made in a pattern of part 100 % wool and part 100 % silk. Before ordering I had lengthy conversations with the company about which colour to choose. I received colour samples in wool/tencel mixes. The sample I liked was 2/3 tencel and 1/3 wool. I expressed concern over this fact since the large part of the rug is 100 % wool. Would the colour of the rug be the same as the colour of the sample? The company answered that if I "rotate the sample so that you see the colour from its darkest side this will show the tone as it would be if
