The cooker and cooker hood I purchased are great. Delivery took longer than originally stated - but that is just life right now. The cooker fitters were excellent.
A couple of times I had calls giving me conflicting information but nothing major.
However, I am deeply unimpressed with the gas fitter sent to install my cooker who turned off my boiler and left without switching it on again. When I turned it on, the boiler wouldn't reignite. The fitter could not have cared less and I have now been without central heating for a week.

We called in to the Keighley store as we wanted some further information about some kitchen appliances that we were considering for our home. The assistant who served us was very informative, clearly knew what he was talking about and, in no way, tried to pressure us into considering one item over another. He provided full information and advantages and disadvantages.

I recently bought a Paragon Edge gas fire and am delighted with it. I particularly like the remote control system and the mirror glass panels, which enhance the appearance of the flames.

We are really happy with the service we have received at Andrew's Electrical.
Our fridge was vibrating and making a loud noise.
The engineer came out and inspected it and diagnosed a failing motor.
We rang the shop to order a replacement and had it fitted in 2 days.
We have never used Andrew's Electrical before but if we need anything in the future they will be our first call.
We will certainly recommend them.
