These fine gentlemen refurbished my neighbour's driveway and upon completion decided that the easiest way to get rid of excess cement/ballast mix is to pour it into my skip as it was so conveniently located just opposite. I'm not allowed any rubble in it and as it's now stuck to the walls, quite a pain to remove.
Any penalty charge I receive from the skip company will be passed to the neighbour. Hire at your own risk.
