We would like to thank Jim and everyone at Wreake Valley Flooring for our beautiful new bathroom floor. Although we do not live near Syston we saw the reviews and decided to contact them. We are so pleased we did. A professional service throughout. The floor was fitted with no fuss and very quickly. We are looking forward to having our kitchen floor replaced next year. Absolute disgrace of a place. Their customer service is shocking. I have been in a few times to look at carpets and flooring and have been told on every occasion, the boss man will call you with a quote and he never has done. You can keep your buisness I will go to Wigston carpets who have looked after me before. I thought i would support local buisness but no they can jog on.

We chose Wreake Valley Flooring on recommendation to install a new floor throughout our kitchen and conservatory. Jim gave time to understand our requirements and recommended Karndean Van Gough as a practical and attractive solution to our needs.
The fitting was very clean and efficient, and nothing was too much trouble to ensure that our day to day lives were disrupted as little as possible.
Overall, very happy with the quality of both product and fitting.
