Finding tradespeople who respond to messages and show up to provide quotes seems increasingly challenging. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who does. Stuart from Penn Roofing, though busy (I had to wait a couple of months to get booked in, but it wasn't urgent), did a great job. They repaired my slate roof and fixed the chimney. The team was polite, friendly, and efficient, tidying up thoroughly before they left. I wouldn't hesitate to use Penn Roofing again.
