I've used Rowleys now for several jobs, and the work they've done has been first class. Now, if I need any sort of maintenance work or updates to my house, Dave is the first person I call.
July 2019:
Just got back from vacation after giving Dave and his minions the keys to the house and a tight two week schedule to complete over 8K worth of renovation upstairs. He didn't disappoint, just a couple of minor items to finish off and it looks brilliant. They stripped some really old wallpaper, replastered all the walls, rewired and added new plugs with USB by every bed side, upgraded lighting, replaced

David Rowley is a Tradesman you would be advised to avoid. He did some work on our roof and caused a leek. We phoned him and he refused to come out and fix the fault. He then stopped answering our phone calls, text messages and emails. He is a despicable ma who took advantage of a disabled veteran knowing that I would not be able to climb on the roof and sort out the problem myself. AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS

Have used this builder twice this year and even though the first job was top class the second job was brilliant so that's 10 out of 10 for both jobs
they turned up as stated and when they finished the area was cleaned -the lawn protected.
