The particular practical needs of office, production and retail facilities demand solutions based on efficient use of space and financial investment.
Purpose of building: New Head Office complex together with seven new service bays for company involved with the repair and servicing of 'hot boxes' used on road repair commercial vehicles. Special construction features: internal service pits, and external wash down bays. Provided new Head Office and service bays for efficient servicing and repair facilities for this specialist company.
The first building was built 1999 included an internal spray booth and several inspection pits, together with a new underground drainage system and concrete external yard areas. Provided an efficient working area for servicing commercial fleet vehicles and evolved the facility over some 12 years to meet current needs.
Purpose of building: since 1999 we have been redeveloping these premises to achieve more manufacturing and warehouse space. With each phase of development we have also been bringing the existing premises up to new modernised standards. The client's business had to be fully functional with the least disruption to the day-to-day business and manufacturing fully secure through the full process.
