EI30 & EI60 Fire Rated Screens Installed into customers new trade depot in Maidenhead to allow visual from office to factory floor. EW30 Fire Rated Screen Installed @ Eagle House School, Sandhurst as part of their new library. The library at Eagle House is a focus of activity and exploration. Pupils fill this room at breaktimes, wanting to read, discover and learn.
Fixed Light Windows / Screens are available in all standard RAL colours upto a maximum width of 6 Metres by 4 Metres High. Maximum size of glass / infill panels is 1.5 x 2.7 Metres. 30 Minutes Fire Rated (Integrity & Insulation) products are supplied with either of the following glass specification; 16mm Contraflam, 16mm Swissflam, 15mm Pyrostop, 15mm Pyrodur, 16mm Pyrobel, 17mm Promaglas, 16mm Pyranova, or 25mm Polflam.
All the benefits of a standard side-hung window but with 30 minutes fire resistance tested in accordance with DIN4102 and EN1364/1634 to prevent the uncontrolled spread of fire for a period of 30 minutes. Complete Fire-Resistant side hungwindow including system fittings approved to EW 30 or EI 30 Rating in accordance with EN 1364/1634 (movable, self-closing fixed glazing).
This system offers fire rated fixed lights only however it is compatible with System 78 EI which offers doors upto EI90 Fire Rating. Kevin and his crew, from Gennaro, did an amazing job for us in fitting our extension with a new 'floor to gable high' structural aluminium frame and double glazed window units together with a full height side window panel.
