Leaving a review on behalf of my parents as they do not have Google accounts.
They purchased some triple glazed windows for a new build property around 6/7 years ago, earlier this year one of the windows cracked so they emailed CWG to buy a new pane, they were surprised to be told that the window WAS still under warranty even though they were prepared to pay.
They collected the replacement pane from Corby only to find that it didn't fit the frame, initially they thought that the pane must have been the wrong size but it turns out that the window frame was actually made the wrong size, not enough
