N10 Construction was founded by Adriano Chaves. Adriano is originally from Brazil and had been working in the building industry for over 25 years. He started working for his uncle's construction company in Brazil at a young age, went on to working in Las Vegas on big construction sites for example the Wynn Hotel and the CityCenter hotel complex, where he gained his carpentry qualifications and a wealth of experience.

After buying an Edwardian flat, I asked Adriano to come and have a look at the windows and doors in my bedroom. It was cold and damp with lots of condensation and, given that it is a period property, I thought that there might be a problem with rot and the original sash windows and French patio doors might need replacing.
