We are an experienced wall removal company who are experts at removing structural walls for open plan living. More and more people are opting for open plan living space in their homes by removing internal walls to create larger open spaces. Excellent trustworthy builders. we have used them on several occasions and are our one and onlys we turn too for any building, plastering, carpentry contract work we need done. What we appreciated most about them was their project management and high standards. Every day they would make clear what they set to achieve and every night what the plan was for the next day. With very short notice and an even tighter time scale, I needed a 1950's reception area brought kicking and screaming into the 21st century. This company provided an excellent price, committed, skilled, competent and courteous staff, a quality build and delivered over a week ahead of schedule. As this project was in a school there was no… opportunity to over-run on project duration so they worked days, evenings and weekends. Ty and the team did a great job on our kitchen / dining room knock through and new fitted kitchen. Work was completed to a good standard and time keeping was excellent. We particularly liked the fact that they covered all aspects of the job and if any third parties such as electric / gas experts were required, these were organised as needed by Ty so we didn’t have the hassle of sorting this. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve recently had iRenovate in to skim some of my artex ceilings and other works in my home. Absolutely amazing service! The guys were very friendly and polite. They were extremely clean and tidy and the work was done to a very high standard and I’m over the moon with the finish.

We came across iRenovate in our local area magazine. From first contact to the conclusion of the work we required [renovating a second lounge], Mr Harding was extremely friendly yet professional, knowledgeable and with the ability to advise us on the way forward. He completed the work well within the original date because of his commitment. This saw him starting work by 8 am along with the other tradesmen he uses. We felt confident enough to give Mr Harding the house key whilst we went off on holiday! To sum up, a very neat and tidy job was delivered - an excellent result.

I used the services of iRenovate to modify a kitchen, study and cloakroom to make a kitchen/diner and shower room. This involved all the associated work of demolishing and rebuilding internal walls , resiting electrics and decorating and am delighted with the final result. The work was done in a very clean and orderly fashion with courteous and efficient workers who always arrived on time and left the working area clean and tidy at the end of each day. It was completed on time and on budget and I can highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again for any future projects.
