Highly recommend Baz of Smiley Builders and his team. I wanted an extension and he was able to do that plus with his knowledge also a utility room and separate wc. He gave me a list of previous clients to contact which I did and they all spoke highly of him. His team worked 6 days a week to get the job done and they certainly did. He thought of things that I would have forgotten such as outside lights and tap etc and he was always available on the phone and was constantly checking in person how it was going. Very happy that I choose Smiley Building

In a nutshell- Honestly my plans was rubbish and ended up with a fantastic solution, a high quality build, on time, no additional cost.
Asset – Bassem with his building surveyor hat on was able to provide sound advice regarding the build and what would be acceptable as good build standard. We worked as partners to get the best possible value and economy whilst maintain quality throughout the build.
Smiley team are polite, respectful,low maintenance, highly skilled professional in every aspects. They even take their boot off without asking.

We have no hesitation in recommending Baz and Smiley Building Services.
Our journey with Baz started over 2 years ago when we first moved into our new house. We were keen to remodel our downstairs kitchen, dining and bathroom. We have engaged with Smiley Building Services on a large extension we were planning. Baz has been extremely helpful & informative about the process, is very knowledgeable in his field and takes the tome to discuss your project with you in detail. Baz provided a list of references for jobs we were able to go and view, not all builders are able to do this.
