Bought our carpet from here as the wanted to support an independent local business. Paid for medium range as we wanted it to last longer than the cheap stuff we usually buy.
The carpet was badly fitted and shrinkage was apparent within a few weeks. I don't mean just a small amount it was very obvious.
Carpet fitter sent back out, didn't show up first time and store owner called us half an hour after he was supposed to be here to say he would come following day.
He came (late) the next day and added more carpet grippers that not only look out of place but that are completely inappropriate such
