My experiences was pretty poor. Booked a appointment which they forgot about and left me waiting for two hours even though it was just down the road. Quite a roughly spoken chap turned up and offer little in suggestions or chat about the problem. It then took 3 weeks to get the emailed quote. I called repeatedly asking for it and when I finally complained was told "I'm doing it now do you want it or not". Well three weeks to write 5 lines on email is rubbish.
