We'll test your electrical equipment thoroughly to ensure it is safe to use and is working as it should be. We'll test for any abnormal electrical currents which may be cause a number of different faults. Your consumer unit provides electrical supply subsidiary circuits and usually looks like a distribution board or switches.
Guidance has been released by Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government that confirms the new regulations for mandatory electrical safety checks in the private rented sector will still go ahead as planned. Have the electrical installations in their properties inspected and tested by a person who is qualified and competent, at least every five years;.
