Nice people to deal with in person. Came out to measure, twice. Didn't send a quote, we had to chase them twice. The second time we contacted them they had no record of our prior conversation. They never got back to us despite saying they were happy to do the job. Bad customer service and poor organisation. Money is better spent elsewhere.
