Really great employer to work for. I get paid on time every fortnight and this is the first cleaning job i have worked where i get such great enhanced pay rates when working a weekend. Also one of the few cleaning companies I know who still pay double time and also give you an added day's paid holiday as well (effectively Triple Time). My area manager is very good, very professional & supportive but also strict and very fair. I have been with this company for 9 years and have no plans to ever leave them.

I have worked for this company for just over 10 years and now in my early 80's. They have always been very profession and supportive and extremely kind. They pay me every fortnight on time and in the last 10 years there has only been one hiccup with my pay which they resolved within an hour of my querying. They pay me double time when i work bank holidays for them and also give me an extra day's holiday. When my husband was seriously ill and went into hospital & i was on my own they could not have done enough for me. Their area manager came to visit me regularly and brought around with him fresh

ABSOLUTELY SICKENING MONSTROSITIES. THE WORST COMPANY GOING. THEY BRIBE, MISLEAD AND MISTREAT YOU. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER COMPANY FOR THAT MATTER. THEY FRAUDLENTLY PRODUCE PAPER WORK AKA CONTRACTS WITHOUT PERMISSION, TRY USE YOUR SIGNATURE BUT A FAKE SIGNATURE WHEN YOU DON'T SIGN ANYTHING BUT HMRC, THEIR STAFF NEED TO BE TRAINED. QUICKLY TEMPERED AND SMUG REMARKS. THEY HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, VERY DODGY INDEED. I SMELL A RAT! VERY TIGHT ON COSTS. THEY DONT PAY THE WAGES YOU WORK EITHER. CON ARTISTS. THEY ONLY LET THE CLEANERS CHANGE MOP HEADS ONCE A WEEK EVEN IF A BUG IS PRESENT IN THE CLEANING

Friend of mine worked for this company at Centro Lounge Loughborough. She was forced to work while sick and was forced to fight for her right of holiday time off and she wasn't paid for it as she should of been. She made complaints about the newer cleaner not doing her jobs and providing evidence f dirty areas in the toilets. Nothing was done about it. They sacked her as this was left for 2 weeks and she was fighting for something to be done about it. Centro staff didnt complain so it didnt matter.
