We are a Birmingham based family run building/roofing company that has been trading since 1958, nearly 60 years now. This means we must be doing something right. 3. We may not be the cheapest on price but for the service we provide, quality of work we turn out and everything we do guaranteed we feel we are excellent value for money.
You will see below job photo's and a description of previous jobs we have carried out. All photo's are real and taken at the time of the job making for a honest gallery of our work. Here we renewed an old leaky felt flat roof that is now watertight and guaranteed for 15 years. Here we removed the chimney pots and old mortar then flaunched the chimney and re fitted the pots.

For us to keep growing our business and keep up the good reputation we have worked hard for we must keep turning out high-quality work with a service to match. Although we mainly carry out roofing jobs we do carry out the odd small building work job. Replacing your concrete or steel lintel is one of the small building jobs we can carry out for you to a high standard. Very quick to come and provide a quote and although was initially told it could take between 10 to 12 weeks to get the job done, it was less than half of that. Friendly and looks like a good job done. People tend to search for work by price but I was let down by 2 other firms that came in slightly cheaper. You get what you pay for!

Great service, thank you. I had scaffolding erected to paint the exterior and discovered that a few repairs were needed to the roof (taking advantage of the scaffolding being in place). Despite being busy Bratt Builders managed to fit the job in at relatively short notice and do a great job.

Bratt Builders is an excellent company. They put right the dreadful job our previous builder had made of the roof on our new extension. Mike and Sean make a wonderful team: they uncovered the damage and awful workmanship on and in the roof, then made a superb new roof with far more insulation, solid beams, ventilation grids, new felting and a tilt to enable any rainwater to run off naturally. The roof now looks so good (yes, I actually enjoy just looking at it!), with every detail on it made to the highest standard. Mike and Sean are great to have around, trustworthy, knowledgeable and hard workers

Bratt were the consummate professionals. They arrived on time, checked we were happy during the building work and left absolutely no mess behind. The two builders onsite were a credit to the company and as you can see from the photos below they did an excellent quality job. Recommended.
