Thank you Chris for your time to give us your feedback.I am very sorry for the problems you had with your kitchen and for the way in which I handled it.The unit being dropped accidentally on delivery was very unfortunate and had a knock on effect as it happened just as the factory in Germany was shutting down for the Summer holiday.This did add an extra delay in you getting your replacement unit back.I am really sorry for this.I look forward to meeting with Eileen on Wednesday and I will rectify any further issues you may have still.

We are so pleased with our kitchen and we would thoroughly recommend using i-dream kitchens. Peter and John were always on hand and nothing was too much trouble. Peter took into consideration all I wanted in my new kitchen and I am very happy with the end result.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found this Kitchen company, And Phil to be a very innovative designer , very difficult in a galley kitchen, but I have more work space and everything is to hand for whatever job I am doing. I have always wanted a German Kitchen, but the cost was a factor, I now have one on budget and I am Thrilled with it, never have I had so many WOWS !! Thank you one and all.
