Green Joinery was set up in 2012 by the owner, right from the start he knew that his interest in the trade was more than just a means to make a living. He served an extremely wide and varied apprenticeship; his intention was to learn and master the many types of carpentry and joinery, from traditional pitched roofs to staircases.
Once the apprenticeship was complete, then worked for several local building companies before progressing to a major construction company where he was overseeing the carpentry work. Having gained over a decade of experience in the industry it was in this role that Damien decided to set up his own firm; and so Green Joinery was founded.
