Ordered tv stand for £449 in January and paid extra for assembly. I accepted that delivery was delayed due to COVID. Eventually I was given a delivery date. I’m self employed and took a day off and the day before I was phoned and told they couldn’t make the delivery . I was also told that the unit was damaged during assembly. I was given the option of taking delivery on another date of the damaged item on the basis they would order another and replace it when it was received. I accepted this .

hunted high and low for a black sideboard that was not a million pounds and could fulfil delivery this century due to covid and Brexit, Sena Furniture were honest, informative, reasonably priced and most of all stuck to their estimated timeframe in fact was ahead of the proposed delivery date which was great, absolutely love our sideboard its great quality and looks like it would cost more than it did, would highly recommend to anyone looking for furniture.

I first purchased 2 items of furniture from Sena a year ago and was impressed by both the level of service and quality of the both items. My recent purchase was from their amazing accessories range which they kindly sent me a catalogue to download. Whilst it is always a problem to judge the true colour online, I took a chance and was not disappointed. Both items arrived promptly, well packaged and look even better than expected. We are happy very happy with the Fiorano cabinets we bought from Sena Home Furniture. Assembly was quite straight forward and could be completed with a screwdriver. Assembly time was longer than suggested on the website but nothing too difficult. Some steps better completed by two people.
The wood of one of the cabinets we bought is not glued perfectly and for that reason the door is not fully straight. Even playing a bit with the hinges it doesn't align well but it's not a massive problem.

I am delighted with the TV units, not only are they fantastic quality but the size/storage was just what I was looking for.
I was equally delighted with the customer service, from start to finish. I purchased various items from other furniture suppliers, this year has brought many expected delays, Sena Furniture actively communicated all the way through, which was a breath of fresh air and the reason why I will definitely be a returning customer.
