Fantastic job of my bathroom refurbishment from start to finish. It was a small bathroom but a big job which was carried out to a very high standard. All stages of the refurbishment were managed by the company so that, builders, electricians, plumbers, tilers were organised at the various stages and I did not have to do anything.

Unable to repair the electric water heater system they assured me on the phone they could do (3 years old), and never supplied the promised quote for a replacement. They did however charge a great deal for a small extra job they did whilst here. Maybe I was unlucky but I'll certainly not use them again.

Attended my sons house to check and reconnect a gas fire, which we were told was no safe to use and needed to be replace by another less reputably company, my son is disabled, and i would like to thank W S Howe for there professionalism and excellent & quality of workmanship.
