Decking Hertfordshire is a great alternative to paving with endless options where level changes are a problem. When building a deck we clear the area and put down a weed membrane and shingle to keep your decking weed free. We construct our deck on 6x2 pressure treated joists with spacing of 450mm for maximum strength.

With weather conditions as they are a fence post needs to be dug in properly with enough concrete to survive the elements. We have constructed large security fences for companies wanting to stop intruders, small picket fences for customers wanting to make their house look pretty and all garden & commercial fencing in between.

At Heath Landscapes we believe that paving is one of the most important aspects of any garden. When laying a patio the most important thing is a strong base so for all our paving we dig out properly and put down a type 2 sub-base. We lay our paving slabs with a full bed of wet Mortar and we point all our patios by hand with proper pointing Mortar.

We have built everything from small bin sheds to large summer houses some bespoke and some shop brought. We take great care from the start, a strong level concrete base right to the finish with sturdy watertight roof. Sheds can be built to order any size or shape with as many or few windows and doors as required.

We run a garden maintenance section that can cater for small one of garden tidy ups to larger on going contracts. We can cover all aspects of garden maintenance from mowing lawns to planting flowerbeds, clearing leaves and trimming hedges. As well as your normal maintenance tasks we can revive old gardens by painting sheds and fences, treating lawns, re-pointing and repairing and cleaning old patios and driveways.
