Would love to have given this local Welsh (named) firm fitting of some very large windows and doors, but we took time off for a visit at our property and they just never turned up, no phone call no explanation. Spoke to a really polite lady on the phone the next day and she never knew why they didn't turn up either. Gave the 1 star for the politeness of the lady on the phone.

Ffenestri Cymru were the first out of 3 local companies to get back to us. Even after the other 2 got back to us, their price was unrealistic. Therefore, we decided to go with Ffenestri Cymru. They arrived on time, were very friendly and carried out the work to an excellent standard. From the first visit for a quote, the surveyors visit and then the installation (fascias soffits windows and doors ) this has been a good experience
Competitive prices with good advice on options in colour and glass (acoustic) and then very high skilled fitters with an excellent attention to detail and clearing the site I would not hesitate in recommending this company
