Unvented Components Europe use several couriers for dispatching your orders, with our primary carriers being Royal Mail and DHL. All standard deliveries (2 to 3 business days) are FREE UK wide, whilst Next Business Day deliveries (24 Hour) are defined by size, weight and location of delivery. All of our parcels are tracked and the majority require signatures for deliveries.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from here. I ordered and paid for shipping with 24 hr delivery. The item was then not recieved at the post office until 6pm the following day. Was due for delivery yesterday and has still not arrived. I have a customer with no HW because of this. I could have had the item from the manufacturer quicker all be it about 20 pounds more expensive but at least my customer would have HW to say the least.

The customer service at this company is outstanding. I was unsure of the parts required for my boiler, phoned Unvented Components Europe and was advised their and then of what I needed by extremely pleasant and efficient staff.All items in stock and delivered to me next day. I would highly recommend this company.

Superfast delivery. Unfortunately received a slightly different part number in error but called to report the problem and received the correct replacement via UPS at lunchtime the next day despite it being past 5PM when I had called. Great customer service, genuine parts, competitive pricing and will definitely use again in future. Not sure what previous reviewer is talking about zero stock components. My parts came direct from manufacturer's main distributor in common with many companies these days who supply specific (not generic) spares, even the large companies! At least you know you are getting
