This looks like a trade plumbers shop. However, don’t be put off. They are really good. Take all your plumbing questions there, they are very good advisors.
Last time I was there, I too a picture of the inside of my cistern. They were more than happy to help find the right bit for me and give some simple advise on what to do with it.
